My major practice focuses on legal services in the field of information technology and intellectual property law. In 2008 I graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University majoring in law. At the end of 2010, I graduated with honors from the specialized course of crisis management on the basis of the St. Petersburg University of Water Communications.

 

I am an employee of a large IT company, where I lead a legal department. So I am aware of the latest market trends.

 

I understand that the traditional legal doctrine is not always applicable in rapidly growing industry of innovations. So I consider each case individually, developing a comprehensive solution that takes into account the specific of the situation and are thus strict limits of the law.

 

In addition to protecting the rights to the software I have experience in the protection of other results of intellectual activity (literary works, photo, audio-visual works and others), among my clients are designers, photographers, composers, writers and publishers.
